Michael's new CD, "I Made You Up" features top L.A. studio musicians who are also band-mates with artists such as Damien Rice, Shakira, Fiona Apple, Sheryl Crow, Beck, Ray LaMontagne, The Pretenders, Son Volt, Aimee Mann, Tom Waits, Sam Phillips, Jellyfish, Sting, Rami Jaffee, Foo Fighters, The Wallflowers, Madonna, and Snoop Dogg. Now that it's an official podcast show, we're pleased to have our very good friend, L.J. Booth, back on Mad Toast Live in a rare Madison appearance! An excellent storyteller, his live CD released last year is really a collection of stories in the best folk songwriting tradition--with a very soulful and jubilant sound.
