Certainly Madison's freshest bluegrass band--these boys just won honors in the Twin Cities that sealed a spot in the MN Bluegrass and Old-Time Festival--one of the country's finest. Due to bad weather, we had to cancel their show last month, so we're thrilled to be able to book em back so soon!

Three-time WI Area Music Industry Award-winner, Colin has been honing his craft at folk festivals, workshops and venues all over the country for many years, including a feature on NPR's "World Cafe". One of the founders of Milwaukee's favorite progressive bluegrass band, "Salt Creek", O'Brien will join us solo--just a man, a guitar, a banjo, and a pair of dancing shoes.

One of Madison's newest indie-alt-country favorites, Mann's debut EP, "The Way Back Home" "...shines with soul and sass, reminiscent of Jenny Lewis and Kasey Chambers. Mann drapes her bitterweet lyrics with sticky tenderness and wails like a woman scorned but proud." --WI State Journal

Mr. Lemonds returns to the States from his home in Austria to join us for his 2nd appearance on MTL. Chuck's new CD is almost done, and we'll be joining him on many of his brilliant and heartfelt originals--some from the new CD, as well as some older material.

You may know Mr. Cebar from his stellar funk and vintage R&B outfit, The Milwaukeeans, or perhaps his earlier work with another of Milwaukee’s finest, The R&B Cadets, or maybe you’ve recently witnessed Paul’s current stage happening, “Tommorow Sound”. His newest CD, “One Little Light On”, is his first solo acoustic recording in 33 years featuring a few tunes co-written with fellow Milwaukee-ites, Willy Porter, Peter Mulvey, Pat McLaughlin, Paul Finger, and former Madisonian, Tony Jarvis. We’re honored to feature Mr. C in this rare Madison solo performance!
